Family Support Team Leader – Social Worker

• We are seeking a highly skilled senior social worker with experience in team leadership ideally within a community setting, to guide the Family Support Team through this growth phase into improvement activities and diversification. With support from the Community Services Manager and working closely with the clinical team, this is a blended role that will require team mentoring, service performance management and evaluation as well as client facing care delivery of psychosocial assessment and service navigation.
• Permanent Part Time – 8 days (60.8 hrs) per fortnight
